A great way to incorporate sport and movement into your everyday life is to create suitable conditions for the activities you like. The main goal should be to make physical activity accessible, easy and convenient. If you love strength training, create a small home gym. Thanks to it, exercise will be so close that you can't think of excuses why not to do it.
Combine sports with friends
Another great way to fit sport and exercise into your schedule is to combine sport with a social life. If you have family members or friends who love the same activities, plan together. Go for a run or yoga with a friend, you will support each other and you will definitely discuss everything you need. :)
It will encourage you to stay motivated. By exercising or playing sports with friends, you will do something for yourself and still enjoy your favorite company.
Are you busy taking care of your family? It doesn't matter, get your partner or kids involved. :) You will see how a new activity will enrich your daily routine. You will tire the children, you will stretch your body without having to plan the whole day for it, or even leave the house.
Improve your daily habits
Staying fit and healthy must be a lifelong commitment. If you think that incorporating sport and exercise into your daily life is not sustainable for various reasons, look at your daily habits. What changes would force you to be more physically active?
- Take the stairs instead of the elevator.
- Whenever possible, ditch the car and instead walk or ride a bike.

- Go for a walk whenever you have a moment.
