Introduction
The purpose of this document is to define the rules of the "Big Christmas Contest". These rules are the only document that bindingly regulates the conditions of the said marketing competition in promotional materials (as defined below).
1. Organizer

(hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer") organizes the competition "Big Christmas Contest" (hereinafter referred to as the "Contest").
2. Date of the contest
The competition will take place from 8 December to 31 December 2021 (inclusive).
The organizer reserves the right to change the event at any time without giving reasons and determining compensation, competition rules, or shorten, extend, interrupt or cancel it.
3. Conditions of participation in the contest
3.1. Only a physical person can participate in the competition (hereinafter referred to as the "Competitor"). Yoga concept s.r.o. employee are excluded from the competition.
3.2. The competitor fills in the form on the website www.yoggys.eu. He fills in his contact details, indicate the mat design he wish to win and submits the form.
3.3. The competitors may participate in the contest only once.
3.4. The conditions of the competition are also published on the website www.yoggys.eu
3.5. By filling in the form, the competitor express the consent to the Organizer to publish his / her name, surname in any marketing materials of the Organizer.
3.6. By accepting the prize, the competitor also express the consent to the Organizer, of the acquisition images and video and audio recordings and their eventual publication.
Competitors also agree to the possible publication of any marketing materials of the organizer. Due to the fact that personal data is processed during the contest, by participating in the competition, the competitor expressly agrees that his contact details (name, surname, telephone number, email address) will be processed by the organizer for the purpose of organizing this competition and sending business communication.
By participating in the competition according to this paragraph 3. The competitor confirm, that he read and agreed with the Contest Rules of the contest.
3.7. The consent is granted by the Participant in accordance with Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the EU - General Regulation on Personal Data Protection (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”). The personal data provided will be processed in the scope of name, surname and e-mail address. The administrator of the personal data is the organizer.
3.8. The participant is acknowledges that he has the right to access his personal data, the right to correct personal data, the right to be forgotten, the right to object to the processing of personal data, the right to transfer personal data, as well as other rights provided by GDPR such as requesting the controller. an explanation if he considers that the processing of the data is contrary to the protection of his personal life or the law, or to request the removal of the defective condition.
3.9. By participating in the competition, the Participant confirms that in the case they win the Prize, he / she agrees to the publication of his / her personal data in the range of name, surname and city (municipality) on the organizer's website.
3.10. The Participant is entitled to revoke these consents at any time by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address of the organizer info@yoggys.eu
4. Prize
in the competition 5 winners will be drawn
The prize in the contest are 5 Multipack Sets, which includes: a mat, block, belt, mat bag, towel ... The design of yoga equipment is selected by the Organizer.

5. Evaluation of winners and awarding of the prizes
5.1. The draw for the winners will take place on 31 December 2021.
5.2. The winning wishes will be selected by random drawing in the presence of 3 representatives from the organizer's direction staff. Competitors will be informed about the prize by e-mail.
The conditions of the contest are valid and effective from November 8, 2021.
