Placing an order
First search for the goods you are interested in, then select "ADD TO CART" after displaying the shopping cart, you can optionally fill in the discount code in the field "I HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE", then select the method of transport and payment. Fill in the delivery details and select "CONTINUE TO THE NEXT STEP" where the summary of your order will be displayed. Then all you have to do is "CONFIRM THE ORDER". You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately.
Can I send the items to an other address?
Yes, sending the goods to an address different than the invoicing is possible. When filling in the delivery data, check the box - Delivery to another address or to work and fill in the delivery address.
How can I find out more information about the products offered and their use?
After opening a specific product, a short point description is displayed. Go below under product photos, here you will find more detailed information, including product parameters.
How can I apply a discount code?
If you want to apply the discount code, proceed as follows: After adding the goods to the shopping cart, the box "I HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE" will appear, where you carefully rewrite the code in the correct form and continue with the order.
Which are the payment and shipping options?
At the bottom of each page of our e-shop you will find a section - Shipping and payment, where you can read detailed information and options.
How can I return or complain the goods?
If you don't like the products, you received other or damaged goods, proceed as follows: Wherever you are in our e-shop, go to the bottom of the page, where in the section - Returns, exchanges and complaints, you will find the exact procedure for sending the goods free back to our store.

How do I clean and care about the mat?
Because we offer mats made of different materials, the method of care and cleaning is different. For each product, there is a suitable maintenance, just go below of the page of a specific product, where you will find detailed information on how to take care of the product.
What should I do, when the mat slip?
Our mats are provided with an anti-slip top layer, for a better adhesion. However, in the case of design mats, iwith a microfiber surface, the anti-slip properties are only activated when wetted. The moment your limbs start to sweat, your mat should no longer slip, so these mats are especially suitable for dynamic yoga styles. However, if you belong to a group of people whose limbs sweat just a little or not at all, you can moisten the mat with a classic water spray before the exercise.
