Rudraksha is a seed from an exotic tree, which is traditionally used for making Hindu and Buddhist mala bead necklaces and bracelets. It is also known as the God's tears as it is believed that Shiva shed a tear that turned into a Rudraksha seed. It creates energy that positively affects the body, mind and soul.
